Relate: Helping You In Times Of Change
Relate is open across Cheshire, Merseyside & Greater Manchester and we've never been more in demand. We've all seen enough change in the last 12 months to last a lifetime, and the pandemic has put a strain on relationships of all kinds. Counselling is now very much in the spotlight.
Couples have had to rely on each other more than ever through the last 12 months and this can take its toll. Hours spent together haven't always been "quality time" and the absence of other social outlets has been difficult to cope with. Our counselling can help refresh and restore a relationship and help both of you come to terms with change and how it impacts on you.
Families have been under similar pressure. Parents and children have come under contrasting pressures during the pandemic and their priorities can seem to be very different. Our family counselling sessions can help to restore the balance and the mutual understanding that all families need to thrive.
We also have counsellors who specialise in working with younger people and with the issues and problems that are more prevalent in this age group. It's widely accepted that young people have faced some unique mental health challenges during the pandemic and our counsellors are trained to help them understand and cope.
We've spent the last 12 months adapting to the times and our counselling is now available online. You can also book it online, by email or over the phone. Visit our website for more information - www.relatecm.org.uk - or call 0300 330 5793.
